During each previous season going back through 2007, at least one quarterback threw a pass of 90+ yards. However, this season, the longest pass thrown so far is only 88 yards, thrown by Matthew Stafford. This 18-year streak is far and away the longest in NFL history. The second-longest was the 10 years between 1960 and 1969. Only 47 games remain to get that 90-yard pass.
