I’ve noticed a weird pattern the last few years: a show spends its whole first season finding its footing, finally hits a groove in season two… And then gets axed before anyone even has time to catch up. It feels like half the stuff I get invested in disappears the minute it stops feeling shaky and starts feeling genuinely promising. From what I’ve seen, I get the business side of streaming numbers and all that, but as a viewer it’s getting harder to commit when it feels like anything without instant viral success gets tossed. Curious if anyone sees an actual shift happening here, or if it just feels worse because we hear about cancellations faster now.
