It doesn't matter if town, city, or county is controlled by one political party, one-party rule for decades, or even a century, because the local focus of the party, somehow "makes things different" and really, effectively "nonpartisan."
A local subreddit for a town, that is overwhelmingly blue, and has been, for at least five decades, is having problems.
The problem is housing, turning itself into an east coast version of Palo Alto.
"Vote for me, and I'll set you free... rap on brother, rap on..."
I thought that we voted to solve problems and if you, and your party wielded power for decades upon decades, one could think problems would be solved.
Seems that's not the case.
And this particular subreddit's rugsweeps the fact that their one-party rule has been disastrous.
Nah, that can't be it.
Can it?
