I was watching Ken Burns’ American Revolution on PBS and checking out the voice cast to see who I could recognize, and one that stood out to me was Michael Mando voicing Lafayette.
I could tell it was him after learning that but still it blew my mind. That’s the only role he has in it, other actors like Tom Hanks voice 4 or 5+ different people, some of them with only a couple excerpts that are included. George Washington is voiced by Josh Brolin, some other big name actors involved as well.
He does a good job, I’m not knocking him, just found that pleasantly surprising. Upon reading a little about him I see that he’s from Quebec so that makes sense, I guess he’s a native French speaker, although the voice over is mostly English with a thick French accent
