There is a TV show that I absolutely love (most of its seasons) and I rewatch it from time to time. Some time ago I read that one of the main characters was recently accused of doing some bad stuff in real life, and as I read it was not the first time. I also saw some discussions on Reddit about them and it seems that it’s established fact that a lot of people have zero respect for this person.
I’ll be honest it breaks my heart because I truly love the show and their character, and now when I’m rewatching the show it just feels different, everytime I see scene with them my brain reminds me who they are in real life and it’s difficult to enjoy the show like I always did. I regret reading about this stuff
