Pretty clear that the coaching market in CFB right now is very high demand and low supply. The (in my opinion) top name (James Franklin) is off the board now, so that leaves a bunch of other big name schools that need their next guy with not a lot of big names available.

Who gets left out and stuck with, like, Plan E or Plan F? And why is it Penn State?

(in all seriousness what are some other schools that might not be getting as good of an upgrade as they had hoped)
