I know many people would argue Texas because they were the preseason #1, BUT they’re still very much alive in the Playoff hunt (even with 2 losses) as long as they win out.
I think the most disappointing team is either LSU, Florida, or South Carolina. All 3 were ranked in the Top 15 to start (and LSU reached as high as #3) but none of them have clinched bowl eligibility yet and unless the Gators and Gamecocks win out, LSU could be the only one of these 3 to go to a bowl (provided they don’t do something stupid and lose to Western Kentucky). South Carolina is the only one of the 3 that still has their head coach.
