Why? If you still doing the test who cares what one you do. Seems like a pointless announcement just to say they are doing something.

Does he any mandate for this? I wish they’d stop messing with the education system, and focused on teachers more.
Books, syllabus are all great, but the most vital part in education is the teacher. We pay them peanuts… And we all know what you get when you pay peanuts.
