A buddy and I were having this debate. Indiana football isn’t just bad, it’s terrible. Our 8th year head coach was chest bumping that Akron missed a 32yd field goal so we could go to overtime. We are the worst P5 team and it’s by a wide margin.
If we played at the FCS level, we would probably be a playoff team but would Indiana football win the whole damn thing?
Edit: this is not meant to discredit FCS football in any way. I believe there is a legitimate debate here.
