On October 11, 2025, a Houston ICU nurse was arrested by Magnolia Police for driving while intoxicated (DWI) after reportedly running a red light and hitting a concrete barrier.

In-car video shows the woman making offensive and threatening remarks toward officers during her arrest, including telling them:

“I’m a nurse — when you come through my hospital, don’t worry, I’ll let you die.”

She also made racial comments toward an officer, mocking his accent and referencing immigration enforcement, saying:

“That’s because ICE hasn’t picked you up yet.”
