I’m thinking of TV shows that start with snippets of scenes of that heavily hint at something big happening (police interviews, crime scenes, etc) and then jump to a few days before and show the whole story unfolding. Only in the last episode you can put together all the pieces and understand the beginning. Examples: How to get away with murder, Big little lies, The perfect couple. They are usually thriller/drama/dark but they never specify the name of this style of show. Thank you in advance for the help!
