As a masochistic fan of the only team to never have a 4k yard passer, I was curious how many individual QB seasons of over 4k yards have happened in the NFL.

According to the Pro Fooball HOF website, the total is 130.

According to Pro Football Reference, the total is 233. I assume this is accurate; but the discrepancy made me look closer and realize that the HOF’s most recent season listed is 2014.

Also, if 103 individual 4k plus seasons have happened just in the last decade, and not ONE was a Bears QB, OUCH. Feelsbadman.
