Miami, Georgia Tech, and Virginia don’t play each other this season setting up the chance for 3 undefeated ACC teams. First tie breaker is head-to-head percentage and second is head-to-head sweep. These are not usable.
Next tiebreaker is common games. The only team all three play is Virginia Tech, so if they all beat VT, this is unusable. Fourth tie breaker is also unusable since this is the only common game. I don’t think NCST counts here since it was an OOC game. I could be corrected.
(Edit for the VT bros - just think of it this way, there is a good chance you get to decide who gets to miss the ACC championship game.)
Next tiebreaker is strength of conference schedule.
Georgia Tech has BC, Clemson, Duke, NCST, Pitt, Syracuse, VT, and Wake.
Miami has FSU, Louisville, NCST, Pitt, SMU, Stanford, Syracuse, and VT.
Virginia has Cal, Duke, FSU, Louisville, UNC, Stanford, VT, and Wake.
GT vs Miami would be who is better (BC, Clemson, Duke, Wake) or (FSU, Louisville, SMU, Stanford).

Miami vs Virginia would be who is better (NCST, Pitt, SMU, Syracuse) or (Cal, Duke, UNC, or Wake).
Biggest impact for GT is that BC and Clemson do well since it helps them against both.
Biggest impact for Miami is that SMU does well since it helps them against both.
Biggest impact for Virginia is that Cal does well since it helps them against both.
If they all somehow had the same conference win percentage, then it moves to the last two tie breakers which are Team Ranking Score by SportSource Analytics and Coin Flip.
