As a fan of military movies and shows, I found SEAL Team engaging for its drama and emotional depth — the team dynamics and personal struggles are well-portrayed. However, in terms of operations and tactical realism, it falls behind compared to other military shows. Overall, I’d give it 5/10 — a decent watch when there’s nothing else lined up.
