I tried for 5 days to use the link on the account page to cancel all my Disney subscriptions. It kept going back to the main account page.
The way to get it done is to go to the virtual assistant and request to cancel. This worked right away but make sure to take a screen shot!
I was going to attach mine but it’s not allowed.
