We all know some teams are rivals just due to them being in the same state, but what are some heated actions led to two schools becoming big time rivals. I know for Oregon and Washington the rivalry started to heat up a lot more due to Washington not voting for Oregon to play in the Rose Bowl and rather voted for Cal.
