Why does it seem like Only Murders In The Building can have new seasons in a reasonable amount of time while most other shows are taking 2-3 years between seasons?

I also just saw that High Potential is back (or back soon?) and I feel like that was a new show that just debuted fairly recently (but haven’t looked it up).

In the streaming age, it’s common for shows to take many years and yet a couple of these shows seem to have figured out how to do them quicker.
