Im sure you’ve noticed everyday a post here how Dexter Resurrection has 9.9 rating! How episodes are “top rated ever!” On IMDb. How it’s the best thing ever since Ozymandias.
I was so excited to watch this season that apparently was better than the first season of Dexter.
What a huge disappointment it was. If you’re a Dexter fan, skip this. Resurrection is at best, as good as New Blood.
It has zero of the dark humour the og Dexter had. Zero of the philosophy. Zero of the charismatic supporting characters. Did any of you watch Dexter Season 1 to consider this at that level?
This spinoff is to Dexter what Joey was to Friends. Soul-less , failed nostalgia bait, cash grab
