I just did a rewatch of it (and Smash, my god was Smash hilariously cheesy) and that show was so good (outside of the horrible case in the pilot). The second season had some missteps, but I wish that it had been renewed! I am just happy that for once a show didn’t end on a cliffhanger.
Anyone else miss that show? During my rewatch, I was surprised at some of the guest stars - Sterling K. Brown was in an episode, Taraji P. Henson had a short arc, and I forgot that Katie Holmes was in an episode!
I found this article about what would’ve happened if they had had a season 3 and I am unsure about their plans for later seasons, but it would’ve been interesting to see.
Anyone have suggestions for similar shows? There aren’t really that fit a similar niche, which is sad.
