Part of why is the volume control on Animaniacs and Tiny Toons is softer. They’re less loud and shouty. Even when they yell, they don’t sound as loud as the characters on Camp Lazlo and Gym Partner did. I honestly like Rocko more than I do Lazlo
Also, Camp Lazlo felt like the same exact show as SpongeBob and Gym Partner felt very much like SpongeBob as well
Also, Animaniacs actually had educational value in history and geography. I learned a lot from it and Tiny Toons had some good moral values in some episodes
I also prefer Animaniacs and Tiny Toons over Foster’s Home, though that’s more of just a personal preference. I think the older I get, the more Bloo’s voice kind of annoys me in the later seasons
