My girlfriend (24F) and I (23M) have been together for about two years. I recently bought my own place and she moved in about 3 months ago. She suffered a job loss and has been “On a journey of self discovery” while I have been paying all of the bills. A month ago, on her journey of self-discovery she decided she wanted to abstain from sex until marriage. I was obviously very bummed out by this as this is switching up the dynamics of the relationship all of a sudden. We had several conversations that then developed into fights. I asked her if our intimacy was bad. She said it was excellent, but this is just something she wants to do to connect more with me and herself. I asked if anything changed with her libido. She said that she’s been taking care of her own needs.

I tried to go along with it, but I’ve come to the realization that this isn’t the type of relationship I want where I pay all of the bills and come home to someone who will flip things on me all of a sudden. A week ago I told her that I wanted her to move out and that I don’t think the relationship will work anymore. She cried and begged me why. I told her that we just want different things regarding intimacy and to move out. She begged me to say what we could to stay together, I told her my needs aren’t being fulfilled and we want different things. She offered a one-sided open relationship. I said fine, even though that’s not completely what I wanted, but I figured compromise was good.

I slept with a female friend of mine and she lost it. She said that I told her that she didn’t have to worry about this friend. I said she didn’t, the dynamics of the relationship had changed though, and it was just casual. She wanted to close down the relationship. I told her to pack her bags and be out in two weeks or I will start formal eviction proceedings. She said she was broke and had nowhere to be. I offered to pay for a plane ticket so she can go back to live with her family.

I spoke with a buddy of mine, and he actually called me a monster so now I’m reconsidering everything. WIBTA?
