213 days down, just TWO days left until CFB is back! Well, actually… it’s past noon so more like one and a hal- aw who cares! We’ve just about made it through another offseason, and so have the teams out on the CFBBall Field! You know the drill by now, let’s dive in and check out the action…
We kick off (ha, football term!) with the monumental showdown between OSU and Texas, which not only promises to be one of the season’s most consequential games, but has the sad distinction of being the final College Gameday appearance for the incomparable Lee Corso… Both teams have brought their headgear, but which one will the Sunshine Scooter choose???
Speaking of headgear, Whirlyball is sporting his Irish finest as Farmageddon becomes Farm O’Geddon, live from Dublin this weekend! Will it top that wild blizzard game from '23? Who knows… Will ISU and K-State drink the Emerald Isle dry? Hey, if they can’t, nobody can!
Both Aggie and Miss Rev are in high spirits after CFB’s finest lady had an eye removed last month… if she appears with an A&M branded eyepatch this season, just remember that I called it!
And, while the gambling allegations against Oklahoma transfer John Mateer may not have been as scandalous as they first seemed, that won’t stop the big spending Red Raider from needling his old Big XII foe…
