I watched a heavily favored and still relevant Nebraska beat TCU in 2001 to open the season. Eventual Heisman winner Eric Crouch was unspectacular but productive. TCU answered Nebraska’s first score with a 69-yard touchdown pass, but the game was pretty uneventful after that.

I also threw up during the national anthem and watched the puke ooze into the flip flops of the man standing one row in front of me.
