I don’t think they would create a random side character just for fun, as far as we know Pugsley and Fester can control him via electric shock, which means he’s vulnerable. My best guess is that Slurp will save the day in a very crucial moment just because Pugsley is his “master” and always has been kind to him. I’m curious to know what do you think about him.
