Do shows have higher age ratings on streaming services as opposed to traditional television?

Just curious. I noticed that Seinfeld was rated TV-14 on Netflix, and Family Guy was TV-MA on Disney +. Last I checked, Seinfeld episodes are usually PG, and Family Guy TV-14.
