When I say randomly, is because I was casually browsing HBO Max and the synopsis gave me a strong give it a chance vibe, specially since I’m a big fan of “crime in small city” genre. And man, the first season is a banger! I admit it looks very dated, the type of show that could only come out in the late 00s and first half of 10s, but it nails what is trying to do. It can go a bit overtop on violence and sex, but for those who doesn’t matter, it worth the time.
And Antony Starr…this guy should try a role as a comic book villain sometime. He’d be good in that!
