Let me start this off by saying, at it’s base level, I have no issue with porn. The capitalistic industry surrounding it is dehumanizing, of course. But porn on its own - I have no issue.
The pervasiveness! I am a woman on Reddit, I subscribe to many female prominent subs. About makeup, and fashion, etc etc.
I also dye my hair blonde. I was looking for information/advice on how to get lighter at the root, so I decided to search for communities about blonde hair.

It’s ALL porn. Eventually, I came across a Frank Ocean sub, which is awesome. But overall I just feel gross. Reddit is a gross place, the internet is gross. Women are largely refered to by their hair color - apparently just for masturbatory purposes.
