Whenever a show or movie goes back to the early 2000s, 90s, 80s, 70s, etc., they always do the most stereotypical stuff from that time frame with a bunch of the most popular songs and exaggerate the time period just for nostalgia. I want a show or movie that feels like it could have been written and filmed in the 90s without anything that feels like it comes from our present. I just don’t know if they could portray that in modern times unless it was written at that time. Bc the 90s just has a great vibe and tone to it that they can never replicate when they are trying to bring you nostalgia bc it feels forced.
I basically just want a new 90s show made today lol.
