I have just watched the first episode of this, and I have to say I am surprised, by all the positive reviews. It seems a bit far fetched to compare this to the original movies. And someone also compared this to Andor in terms of fx. It all looks like mediocre acting combined with mediocre cgi to me. Is the whole thing being pumped up by ai bots, or am out of touch?
