How do you decide whether to binge or watch episodes as they come?

New episodes of Alien:Earth just dropped and I am not sure whether to watch them or wait for season to end to binge.

Previously I binged Mare of Easttown, and that felt too heavy. Would have worked better as individual episodes.

For Rick and Morty, I watch two episodes every alternate week.

The White Lotus was perfect for weekly watch and Reddit discussions.

Just curious how you decide.

Gen V, Task, Peacemaker…lot of good shows scheduled in coming month.
