I don’t know why this is my first example because it’s pretty niche but whenever there is a gay couple having kids or that has kids- they usually make the same joke where the couple is interracial, both of them contributes eggs/sperm depending on gender but they don’t want to know what “took”. The audience and other characters knowingly acknowledge that you’ll be able to tell the race of the child and that the characters are naive. I don’t know why it bugs me so much. It’s lazy, weird it reoccurs and is usually too dumb of the characters.
Are there are other gags that pop up in shows a lot that make you roll your eyes?
