My wife and I were doomscrolling through Prime last night and on a whim I pressed play on X-Files. We watched the pilot and decided this would be a our next show for the foreseeable. We’re very early 40s so didn’t really watch much of the show first time round; Probably a handful of S1-S2 episodes each, and I saw the movie in cinema with friends, but that was it. Neither of us have seen or thought about the show in 25 years. We’re on S1E04 tonight, what are your thoughts on the show? Are there any dips in quality to bear in mind? Is a full rewatch plus spinoffs a good use of time 😄?
