With all the unis being run into the ground by psychotic VCs as well, Australia really is becoming a joke when it comes to science.
I recently moved OS to do postdoc with the hopes of coming back, but the more I look at it the more I realise there’s basically no chance. Australia doesn’t give a shit about research.
