Original Title: I’ve been out of the loop in regards to television shows for the last 5-10 years. Have there been any TV shows as riveting and well written as Breaking Bad or the first half of Game of Thrones that came out recently?
There have been so many shows that people say are “must watch” to me and with the many streaming platforms I find myself exhausted by choice. However, my bench mark is quite high. I only want to commit time if a show is as good as breaking bad or the first half or so of game of thrones (both universally by critics and audience as these shows were). I know the sopranos and the wire are classics but I’m talking shows that came out in the last 5 years. I am open to all genres. Thank you
