I enjoyed Foundation Seasons 1 and 2 on AppleTV+ due to the world building, the incredible VFX, and the Empire storyline. However, there have always been flaws with the pacing, the writing and some deeply uneven performances on the show that (in my mind) kept it from hitting the mainstream in a way. Having just finished Season 3 Ep 3, I can attest that this has completely evolved - the new season is hitting on all cylinders with a fantastic dismantling of the Empire storyline structure and immersive new characters (give me more Cherry Jones and Troy Kotsur please!). Curious to know if anyone else is feeling similarly?
Hoping more people will find out about this show as it has become my new favorite program on television. Special shout out to Lee Pace, my preferred Empire, for dominating every scene he is in.
