Buffy’s ‘Restless’ is definitely a contender. Apart from that, I remember the Jane the Virgin and Sabrina the Teenage Witch dreams almost captured the feeling but not as well. Disney’s Dream Productions were notably poor — has any living human’s sleeping mind ever developed something so boringly coherent?
