Whenever we visit CFB stadiums, I always make it a point to ask the locals what their favorite game day food is or what concession the stadium is known for. I’ve never been disappointed - I’ve gotten incredible duck sausage brat & bread pudding at Notre Dame, a savory cheese drippin Smokey Dog at Tennessee, and many others.

So with Big 12 play nearly here, I especially wanna know - what’s the food we should know? At Lavell Edwards (BYU), I usually tell people to try a Cougar Tail (a giant maple bar with 1-3 cm of icing).
