Who is the coach that your program took a long time to recover/rediscover their mojo from after they left?
For example, Penn State has seems to have constantly been searching for an answer at wide receivers coach after Josh Gattis departed. Other position coaches, coordinators, etc have seemed to be just fine but for whatever reason PSU hasn’t been able to recruit and develop wide receivers to the level we were at 7 years ago (even guys like KJ Hamler and Jahan Dotson were recruited by Gattis).
Has your program had a drought like this? Which position/side of the ball? Also no, we don’t want Gattis back lol
