Apparently in a response to WSU/OSU before the court hearing Kliavkoff wrote saying none of the 10 had withdrawn because they would continue playing during the 2023-2024 season. His response completely ignored the bylaws statement of “No member shall deliver a notice of withdrawal to the Conference in the period beginning on July 24, 2011, and
ending on August 1, 2024;” His letter didn’t mention the word notice and indicated he was viewing it as if the bylaws said No member shall withdraw from the conference prior to August 1, 2024.
This sounds like there will definitely be a fight coming.
