When I was 19 (now 30) I was with a boy who I’ll call B. We were both young and wild, as most kids are at that age.
We were having unprotected sex with the promise of him to pull out. Yes, I know this was risky, again young and dumb, and I trusted him to pull out.
One night while having sex, he doesn’t pull out. I look at him in horror at what he’s done and he says “I don’t care if you get pregnant, I won’t leave.”
Three months later, I’m pregnant and he’s gone. I’ve raised my child on my own since then, but currently engaged to an amazing man who loves my child as his own.
I love my child more than life itself. They are everything to me, and I don’t regret at all having them. They changed my life for the better.
However, with my learning of what constitutes as rape, I’ve found that a man coming inside without consent is considered rape. I clearly know the answer, but I guess I need more opinions on this.
