From the acting, pacing of each story, cinematography, realistic drama, human emotions… Jesus it’s incredible. Went in blind with moderate expectations after hearing so much. Just wow. Set only in an er over a single day, didn’t think it could be this good. I really don’t remember watching anything as exhilarating. Three cheers for the director and production team, these guys NAILED it! Perfectly casted. Thank god they renewed for a second season. 👏👏👏
