I’m sick of every show having an episode where a character is in a coma/dying and in a dream and needs to hear an important message or solve a puzzle to come back

For me, that story is tired and I find using it is absolutely lazy. I immediately lose interest in the show and usually if I don’t regain interest by the next episode I stop watching. It feels like every single show eventually does it.
