Really wish they (FX) weren’t dumping all the episodes at once again. I think that’s a big part of why Season 3 got picked apart so much.
People binged it in one or two sittings, blew through all those slower, more reflective episodes without letting anything breathe, and then said “nothing happened.” If it had aired weekly, the pacing would’ve felt more intentional. There would’ve been time to actually sit with the characters and talk about what was happening. Instead it just became this blur that had ZERO stickiness on the cultural zeitgeist.
Still hyped for the new season, just wish they’d let it simmer.
