What do you consider the best single season of television? This could mean the best season of a great show or a show that only went one season. (I’m not including anything procedural because there’s too much filler and that would take away from the season as a whole)
Without thinking or analyzing too much, the firsts the come to mind are
The Wire Season 3 Sopranos Season 5 Damages Season 1 Firefly Freaks and Geeks Games of Thrones Season 1 or 2 or 3 Justified Season 2
And one that’s personal to me that others will definitely disagree with
Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip
