We, as a nation, citizens of the United States, could have solved a lot of problems that, today (or even over the course of two decades), we as a country, claim cost too much, for that amount of money.

What could have America addressed, finally, ultimately for this insane amount of money be it lump sum or payments over time versus throwing it away 'Over There'?
