My Mum (45f) wants me (22f) to look after my younger sisters (13f) and (15f) next year on my 23rd birthday while she goes on holiday to Tunisia with her boyfriend for his birthday.
I’ve said no because she did this on my 21st birthday by going away to Prague and left the girls with me. Both of them are hard to deal with as they both have disabilities and going through the teenage stage of life. I spent my 21st having to look after them and neither said happy birthday to me, and it was overall incredibly stressful.
My mum is insisting I’ve agreed to it but I’ve checked my messages with her and found nothing, nor do i recall having a conversation about this with her. My birthday is June next year.
