Oh ya im sure you have loads of money lying around for countermeasures what with your comatose economy, purchases of north Korean arms, recruitment of untrained cuban mercenaries, and having the line you poured 60% of your war chest into broken by smaller poorer former vassal state.

The Kaliningrad ones have been there for s long time.
He did move some to Crimea subsequent to the 2014 invasion, though.
