Sorry for the awkward title.
We enjoy home improvement shows, but my son-in-law recently visited. He’s a contractor, with particular skills in plumbing and carpentry, and his frequent facepalms and heavy sighs revealed much. I recalled an episode of Sarah Connor Chronicles where she had to work in a nuclear station that positively insulted my intelligence. I recalled hearing years ago that Barney Miller was popular amongst cops. Are there any current shows that you, as a teacher, doctor, lawyer, trades etc enjoy, or hate for that matter, particularly because of the way your job is portrayed?
