The USA has been imposing some bizzarre compliance regime on foreign business. US based firms demand an IRS form from foreign jurisdictions, or they are forced to withhold 30% of the contracted fee by the US government. Money owed by contract to foreign firms. If you do not pay the agreed fee, your license is cancelled. Sorry. Sorry fellas.

I am choosing to refuse FATCA compliance for US customers and cancelling their accounts. I appreciate their patronage, but do not need it and refuse to comply. I will refund them because being a dick is not part of my business plan. Neither is complying with demands from the US government.

You people in USA need to sort your shit out and rejoin the free market. I refuse to play along with your machine of corruption.
