With some TV shows, I find that there are some characters where the writers will either forget to address or will overlook actions specific characters have made where you expect it to lead to consequences! Yet is never really brought up again, like it never happened!
One example for me is The Boys where Annie January/Starlight ended up killing an innocent man in a scene where her and Butcher want to use his car in order to rush Hughie who is injured to the hospital, but it ends with her killing him when he rightfully tries to defend himself after feeling threatened.
I really thought there would be a storyline where someone in this man’s family would find out about Annie killing this man, and would want revenge against Starlight! I know there is only one more season left to go before the show ends, but I’m losing faith that the show will ever address it. Especially when the fourth season, focused a lot on Annie’s past coming back to haunt her when someone she bullied as a kid (Firecracker) makes it her mission to destroy her!
